Frequently Asked Questions

We get a lot of questions. Here are the ones that come up most often.

  • Nordic Happiness Summit is a two-day summit in Helsinki exploring happiness and wellbeing through, policy, business, and most importantly, lived experience. It brings together leading thinkers and practitioners from across the Nordics and beyond for keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and an experiential fair.

  • A genuinely mixed crowd. Researchers and academics, students, entrepreneurs, HR and people leaders, policymakers, and people who are simply curious about what the happiest region in the world might be able to teach the rest of the world. That mix is intentional, and it’s one of the things that makes the conversations at Nordic Happiness Summit worth having.

  • Yes, very much so. Nordic Happiness Summit was built by students (quite literally, the first edition was organized almost entirely by Hanken students), and student voices and perspectives are a core part of what the summit is. There are student ticket rates, and the program is designed to be relevant across career stages, not just for senior professionals.

  • Yes. Questions around workplace wellbeing, human sustainability, burnout, and what it means to build organizations where people actually thrive are central to the Nordic Happiness Summit program, not a side track. Previous editions have included speakers from Google, EY, IKEA, Fazer, Enfuce, and others working on exactly these questions.

  • Tickets for Nordic Happiness Summit 2027 will be announced in autumn 2026.
