For the second edition of Nordic Happiness Summit, we headed to Stockholm, Sweden. The city that sits at the heart of one of the world’s happiest regions, hosting a conversation about what happiness is really built on.

Nordic Happiness Summit 2026 was held across two iconic venues in Stockholm: Berns Hotel and the Stockholm City Hall. Around 500 people joined us; researchers, business leaders, students, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and curious people who’d heard enough about Nordic happiness to want to dig a little bit deeper.

The speakers reflected the range of the program. Part of the program explored what growth means when wellbeing is the measure of success. Another part of the program looked at the complicated and fascinating relationship between technology and how we feel. The program also asked what thriving at work really looks like when you stop treating it as a perk and start treating is as a design principle.

Nordic Happiness Summit 2026 made one thing clear: the conversation has legs. And it’s only getting more interesting from here.
